Build My Party is our signature custom celebration-design service for parents who want a cohesive birthday look without piecing everything together themselves. Share your child’s name, age, theme, colors, party details, and inspiration, and we’ll create an original coordinated digital party suite around your celebration.

How it works

1. Place your order.
2. Share your party details. Send the child’s name and age, date, time, venue, RSVP details, theme, palette, wording, and any inspiration you want us to consider.
3. We create your party look. Your invitation and matching pieces are designed as one coordinated collection.
4. Review your proof. Two revision rounds are included for reasonable refinements to the approved concept.
5. Receive your final files. Your approved designs are delivered as high-resolution digital files ready to print or share.

After checkout

Email your party details and inspiration to bearwolfphoto@gmail.com and include your Shopify order number in the subject line. Please include the child’s name and age, party date and time, venue/address, RSVP name/contact, theme, preferred colors, wording, and any inspiration or reference images you want us to consider. Your turnaround begins once all required information has been received.

Full Party Suite — everything in the Signature Party Suite plus matching food labels, cupcake toppers, and a phone/social invitation.

Turnaround

Your first proof is typically sent within 5–7 business days after all required party details and inspiration are received. Revision requests typically add 1–2 business days per round.

Two revision rounds are included. Revisions refine the approved concept; switching to a completely different theme, style, or concept is considered a new design direction and may require a separate order.

• This is a digital custom-design service. No physical invitations, signs, decorations, or party supplies are shipped.
• Final designs are for one personal event and may not be resold, redistributed, shared as templates, or used commercially.
• Please double-check all names, dates, addresses, RSVP information, and wording before approving the final proof.
• We create original artwork and do not reproduce protected characters, trademarks, team logos, or copyrighted artwork.
• Colors may vary slightly between screens and printers.
